Barbara Finney is founder and director of the Etiquette and Leadership Institute of Illinois. She has received certification in etiquette and protocol from the esteemed Protocol School of Washington, the leader in etiquette and protocol training services.

Specializing in Adult and Children's Etiquette, Barbara is dedicated to providing a positive learning environment, where participants benefit by interacting with others learning how to handle everyday situations in a respectful and courteous manner.
